dialectical behavior therapy
Dialectical Behavior Therapy consists of three modes of treatment and those are individual therapy, group therapy, and skills coaching. The modules of Dialectical Behavior Therapy are Core Mindfulness, Interpersonal Effectiveness, Emotional Regulation, and Distress tolerance skills.
cognitive behavior therapy
Cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) is a short-term form of behavioral treatment. It helps people problem-solve. CBT also reveals the relationship between beliefs, thoughts, and feelings, and the behaviors that follow.
motivational interviewing
Motivational interviewing (MI) is a person-centered strategy. It is used to elicit patient motivation to change a specific negative behavior. MI engages clients, elicits change talk and evokes patient motivation to make positive changes.
substance use therapy
Counseling is a mainstay of substance abuse treatment for many people. Cognitive behavioral therapy, family counseling, and other types of therapy can help you stay clean. Psychotherapy can also treat other mental health conditions that often play a role in substance abuse. Addiction is more than a physical dependence on drugs or alcohol.
group therapy
Group therapy is a form of psychotherapy that involves one or more therapists working with several people at the same time. This type of therapy is widely available at a variety of locations including private therapeutic practices, hospitals, mental health clinics, and community centers. Group therapy will consist of our Dialectical Behavior Therapy group and these will include our adult groups and adolescents and family.
couples therapy
Couples therapy is a form of counseling that can help you and your partner improve your relationship. If you are having relationship difficulties, you can seek couples therapy to help rebuild and improve your relationship.
